Our Website also uses a third-party service to match browser cookies to your mailing address. We then use another company to send special offers through the mail on our behalf. Our company never receives or stores any of this de-identified information, and our third parties do not provide or sell this de-identified information to any other company or service.

5.5. To opt-out of receiving our direct mail, you may send us an email at legal@scopicsoftware.com. We will honor those requests, but please understand that it may take 30 days for such mailings to end.

7.2. All information is stored by Scopic in the continental US.

7.3. We intend to protect the personal information we collect and implement physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Nevertheless, we cannot warrant 100% security of any personal information you provide to us.

8. International Transfers

Due to Scopic’s global footprint, we may transfer personal information between contractors in different countries.

9.1. You can request us to correct any mistakes or technical errors if the personal data we store about you is inaccurate.
