The Challenge

Shadewave’s software revolutionized the way in which dental communication is streamlined for both dentists and labs. The app, expertly crafted by Scopic, has transformed dental communication by providing fast and accurate shade taking. Enhanced with optimized photography settings and a convenient voice command feature, it empowers dentists to effortlessly capture top-quality images while ensuring labs receive accurate data promptly. To create awareness about this software, Shadewave needed to amplify its online presence to stand out as a thought leader and increase reach among key decision-makers in the dental industry.

The Vision

ShadeWave needed a robust digital presence to effectively reach and engage with its target audience. The aim was to grow and optimize their social following, allowing them to connect with decision-makers who would benefit from the software. Their website needed improvements to allow for a better user experience.

The Solution

Scopic revamped its website with a sleek, modern design aimed at enhancing user experience and creating a more intuitive, user-friendly interface. During this process, the marketing team focused on SEO efforts, which included keyword research, individual pages optimization, working on technical fixes, and setting up Google Search Console.

In addition, the marketing team further developed the digital marketing strategy to achieve ShadeWave’s objectives, starting with LinkedIn. Our social media experts created compelling content plans to increase the page’s engagement, resulting in more than 50 times the engagement in the first month, followed by a 19% increase in the second month.

We produced various content types, including videos, text, images, and articles, which were shared regularly to boost impressions. Impressions surged by over 1,000% in the first month, with an additional 79% increase in the second. Consistent posting of relevant content also led to a 443% rise in page visitors during the first month, with a 357% increase in the second.

Our approach further resulted in a 119% increase in ShadeWave’s LinkedIn followers, demonstrating the effectiveness of organic growth without the need for paid ads.

Scopic also helped ShadeWave enhance its YouTube presence by conducting thorough keyword research, revamping copy, and optimizing the channel to improve visibility. Additionally, we built ShadeWave’s email marketing strategy by implementing segmentation and automation techniques to increase brand awareness and foster stronger client relationships. This included developing automation workflows, crafting compelling copy, and designing engaging email content.
